This special single estate high grown tea has a strong and brisk character and can be enjoyed best with milk and sugar. It is not blended and has its own unique special flavour.

On both sides of the Brahmaputra river in the North East of India lie the rolling plains of the world’s largest tea growing area – Assam, the birth place of Indian tea. This tea produces top quality liquor with body and strength and is a favourite with tea drinkers whose preference lies in a good strong cup of tea.

Crush, tear, curl (CTC) is a method of processing black tea in which the leaves are passed through a series of cylindrical rollers with serrated blades that crush, tear, and curl the tea into small hard granules. CTC teas are graded as per the size of the granule and Broken Pekoe (BP) is the most preferred grade of tea.

This CTC tea is carefully selected from our estate and packed specially for you to enjoy an authentic strong cup of single estate CTC Tea.
