Getmytea stands for complete customer satisfaction. Any product purchased at www.getmytea.com could be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you are returning the product due to an error on our part, we will also pay shipping costs.
Returning of products is subject to the following conditions:
Full refund of the amount debited to your card or received as payment for that specific order, and for the products returned in full. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Our endeavor is to provide fresh teas, and unless otherwise stated, all teas are selected, packed and shipped direct from our factory in New Delhi. For this reason shipping is a major component of our product cost. Hence we cannot accept returns for exchange due to a preference for a different tea, for example, unless there is a defect in the product. As a valued customer we hope you understand our limitations.
We cannot accept any Product after 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept a Product that has been largely consumed (more than two servings).
We are confident that you will enjoy Getmytea Teas, although if for some genuine reason you have a need to return your order, please submit the reason along with the order number firstname.lastname@example.org . We will contact you within 48 hours to agree on the return. Please do not return unless you receive a mail advice from us to the effect.
Refund will be made by the same method as payment was received for your order.
